Recipe: Salsa Cous Cous

I recently was asked if i had any CousCous recipes. Cous Cous is just a bland rice replacement as simple as it is to make plain Cous Cous to make it to challenge your taste buds is difficult, but i was able to come up with a refreshing recipe, one I've used at family BBQ's. It works cold or warm so its perfect for work lunch or a meal after gym.

Recipe: Homemade Salmon, Mango Lasagna

I've been combining different flavours again! I've come up with this really easy and taste bud complementing dish that is going to fill you up, great for all the family and makes the taste of Salmon more appealing to young children (or fussy adults) who aren't quite team Salmon yet. There are 2 parts to this recipe i would advise making the sauce just before you're ready to construct your lasagna or the flour in the sauce will thicken (if you're using store bought sauce then you don't really have to worry)

Recipe: Dragon's Ice Cream

Hooray!! London Town has finally gotten some sun, and hot sun at that! For the past few weeks we have been between 24-34 degrees, now i don't know about you but the warm weather always has me craving ice cream but ice cream today is so boring and not to mention with inflation darn expensive! So this is an ice cream i threw together which you can make and make your own twists too!

Recipe: Brown Stew Chicken

It's been a moment since I wrote a new recipe! So I hope you are well rested and ready to get into that kitchen and start cooking!
This is a classic West-Indian recipe and is cooked almost every week in my family home as well as at all the family gatherings we have. So I'm going to share my variation of this classic meal.
NB: It is best to leave the seasoning on the meat over night or at least 3-4 hours.

Recipe: Simple Salmon

I enjoy eating food from a range of cultures but they take far too long to make! Sometimes its nice to know you can come home throw everything in the oven and be eating in less than half an hour, but it's become difficult for people to have 'healthy' oven meals! So I have been a little bit creative with this recipe it will only take you 20-25 mins to make and it is utterly simple, so as usual if you try this don't forget to tag it on Instagram & Twitter -> #RowCooks #SimpleSalmon

Recipe: Spicy Chop Suey

Hey there guys, here is a really quick and simple recipe for some more comfort food. I have to say that this recipe just blew my mind away once I had actually cooked it, and I really hope you enjoy it. As I've said i enjoy foods from all corners of the globe, this recipe just happens to have an oriental twist to it. Good enough for all the family and much healthier than your local take away!

This is a recipe I had actually found but it seemed really bare lacking in all the goodness you actually need in a very quick baked good. So here is my take on Banana Bread.
